If you’ve ever run late or lost track of time, the Late Registration feature will help you out when you’ve just missed the start of a tournament you want to play.
Late Registration allows you to grab some chips and a chair even after the first hand has been dealt in some of our most popular multi-table tournaments. So if a tournament you wanted to register for has already started, make sure to check if late registration is available by viewing the tournament lobby.
If Late Registration is available for a particular tournament, a number of seats will be reserved for late entrants at the beginning of play. Each player that joins after the first hand has commenced will receive a full chip stack and must wait to be dealt in on their big blind.
For most tournaments, late registration will be open until there are no more reserved seats available or the end of the first blind level.
