To withdraw funds using Cash Pickup, follow the steps below.
The following rules apply to using Cash Pickup:
- $250 minimum withdrawal amount
- $2500 maximum withdrawal amount per transaction
- Maximum of 1 transaction per 72 Hours
- Maximum of 2 withdrawals per week
Your request will be processed within 4 business days.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this payment processing service.
Step 1: Select Cash Pickup
Once inside the withdrawal window, click Cash Pickup.
Step 2: Enter Amount You Wish to Withdraw
To make a withdrawal, simply enter the amount of your withdrawal below and click OK.
Step 3: Cash Pickup Processing
Your Cash Pickup will immediately be sent for processing and approval. Processing may take up to 72 hours to complete. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to complete your transaction within 24 hours of your withdrawal being approved.
Step 4: Cash Pickup is Processed
Your Confirmation Email will include a Reference Number* and Sender Name that you will need in order to complete your withdrawal at any Cash Pickup agent in your area. Normally you will receive your money in your local currency.
*Please note: when you visit your selected Cash Pickup agent, you must have your reference number and some form of identification such as a driver’s license or passport with you in order to complete this transaction.
